Leather Doctor® Micro-54 is design for micro pigmented leathers also known as semi-aniline. This is a waterbased compact resin blend high performance UV fade resistant pigment color coat. MicroTop-54 is the matching sealing topcoat in this pigment series system.
For a heavier application use the ‘Fill’ version without adding any distilled water especially for the edging after Bond-3D repairs.
Sixteen (16) standard colors are available for direct application or mix to match to produce a secondary or tertiary color.
Custom color is only available in Quart - RTU.

Color range:
Size Option: 'RTU' is ready-to-use. 'Fill' is concentrates version in the bottle to cut and fill with distilled water prior to use to save on shipping weight.
Tips:
1 Preparation Cleaning – use Prep-7.7 > Clean-3.8 > Rinse-3.0.
2 Degreasing – use Degreaser-2.2 > Rinse-3.0.
3 Stripping - use Stripper-2.3.
4 Rejuvenate leather structure where necessary – use Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0.
5 Strengthen weak and worn areas – use Impregnator-26.
6 Ensure adhesion – use Adhesor-73.
7 Control flow and color stability – use Thickener-48.
Instruction:
1 Ensure anchorage – pad first coat avoiding streaks on repair areas.
2 Ensure uniformity – fine spray and allow in-between drying with subsequent light coat.
3 To improve smoothness of spray over repair areas use 1500 sanding in between dried coats.
Topcoat:
1 To seal colorcoat – use MicroTop-54 G for gloss, S for satin or M for matte.
Non-stick, Rub-resistance Protections:
Use Protector-B+ to impart a buttery-feel with a classic leather scent or the scentless Protector-B.
