Product Overview

Suede Urine Odor Killer - Kit-S5.uk by Leather Doctor is formulated to decontaminate urine problems on suede. Aged urine is detectable with its characteristic ammonic odor. The presence of ammonic odor may indicate the shifting of pH value up to 10. The leather will most likely feel sticky or slimy with wet finger testing it. This stickiness is a sign of leather denaturing and reverting to rawhide. A low pH CleanUrine-1.5 is used to remove solid soiling with the help of Brush-3 and Eraser-5 and extract until the towel shows clean. Rinsing with Acidifier-2.0 thereafter until towel shows clean to further pH balance and stabilize the suede chemistry integrity. When the surface is free of soiling KillUrine-2.1 treatment proceed to saturate the suede. Note that the strong sour odor is inevitable to neutralize the urine odor causing ammonia and phosphorus sault, however it will dissipate completely as it dries. Further cleaning with CleanSuede-3.8 and rinsing with RinseSuede-3.0 to the entire garment is necessary to wet out any dry edges to even out appearance. Suede rejuvenating for softness and tear strength begins with Hydrator-3.3 and stiff creases is stretch to relax prior to replenishing its original fatliquor with FatliquorLS-5.5. When the suede is dry re-working with Brush 3 and Eraser-5 re-naps the fine suede for inspection. The final application is with Protector-W+ for split suede and finer napa suede with Protector-S+. Note that the products suffix numbers denotes their pH value for this holistic approach to suede urine decontamination. Shipping Weight Options is available as Fill and weights a lighter 0.8kg to save on shipping rate, thus all the 250ml concentrates spray bottles have to be filled with distilled water prior to use.
