Description
Leather Doctor® Pre-Urine Rinse 3.2 is the essential finishing formula to stabilize leather after deep cleaning.
Designed specifically for use immediately after our Pre-Urine Cleaner pH 7.5.
This technical rinse neutralizes alkaline residues and perfectly prepares the surface for conditioning.
When urine penetrates leather, it creates a highly alkaline reaction that damages the fibers.
While Step 1 (pH 7.5) breaks down and lifts the organic matter.
Step 2 (pH 3.2) neutralizes the embedded urine salts and restores the leather to its natural, healthy acidity level .
Why use Pre-Urine Rinse 3.2?
Targeted Neutralization:
- Pre-Urine Rinse 3.2 is a mild acidic solution with a pH of 3.2 that instantly cuts through alkaline urine salts that standard cleansers cannot remove.
pH Balancer:
- Formulated at a pH of 3.2 to restore the isoelectric point of leather, thus preventing drying and stiffness.
Residue Removal:
- Thoroughly rinses away surfactants and dirt raised in the previous step without saturating the leather.
Ultra-pure Base:
- Composed of pure water to ensure that no minerals or limescale will stain or alter the surface.
Instructions for use (2-step system)
Step 1:
Apply the Pre-Urine Cleanser pH 7.5 to break down fresh uric acid and lift organic matter. Wipe away excess.
Step 2:
Gently spray or apply the Pre-Urine Rinse 3.2 to the treated area.
Final wiping:
Using a clean, white microfiber cloth, wipe the surface to remove any neutralized residue.
Drying:
Allow the item to air dry, away from direct heat sources.
Pro Tip:
Always follow with Hydrator 3.5 and Fatliquor 5.0 after complete drying to restore the leather's natural oils.
