Leather High Gloss Refinishing Kit 3V.tc by Leather Doctor is a finishing topcoat for wear, scratch, scuff, and abrasion to patent high gloss brilliant finish.
Physical damage surface is degrease to ensure an oil and grease free surface and pH balanced rinses follows to neutralize potential alkaline toxicity.
Surface is prepared smooth of wear, scuff and abrasion ready for topcoat refinishing.
Refinished surface received a non-stick, rub-resistant conditioning to reduces physical wear.
Instruction:
1: Degreasing:
1.1: Degreaser 2.2 is shaken well until it gels for better control and is transfer to the foam brush for easy application.
1.2: Horsehair brush with Eraser 4 works to penetrate, lubricate and suspend soiling.
1.3: Released soiling is extracted with an absorbent towel until it shows clean.
1.4: Leather is ready for acidifying rinse.
2: Acidifying Rinse:
2.1: Acidifier 2.0 is mixed with distilled water 1: 25 before use.
2.2: It is applied and work with brush to rinse off the released soiling.
2.3: Released soiling is extracted with an absorbent towel until it shows clean.
2.4: Leather is dry and ready for dry dry preparation.
3: Dry Preparation:
3.1: Dried leather is brush, erase and sand accordingly to prepare leather for topcoat refinishing.
3.2: The prepared leather is dust free for topcoat refinishing.
4: Refinishing:
4.1: High Gloss 3V is mixed with distilled water 1: 2 before use.
4.2: Application with choice of padding, foam, varnishing or airbrushing for professional result.
4.3: Blow dry in between coatings.
4.4: Fine sanding is an option between coating for level repairs.
4.5: Light touch hand coating reduce drags or streaks.
4.6: Add distilled water for final coatings produce a smooth finish.
4.7: Inspect for satisfaction and leave overnight to cure.
5: Non-Stick, Rub-Resistant Conditioning:
5.1: Protector B Plus is mixed with distilled water 1: 15 before use.
5.2: Apply and spread with foam brush or towel padding.
5.3: Leather is ready to use when dry.
