Color Matching Service
A leather swatch sample measuring a minimum of 2 x 2 inches is required for color matching.
A larger sample is always preferred for greater accuracy.
The matched color will be prepared as close as possible to the submitted sample and will be presented for approval by email before the product is dispatched.
All approved custom-matched products are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
Please note that the quantity of product required must be ordered separately from the color matching service.
Important Color Matching Notice
A second color matching, even when based on a previously known formula, may vary by up to 10% due to normal batch and material variations.
For this reason, if a shortage of color is anticipated during application, it is strongly recommended to stop the application and wait for the second matching batch before continuing.
The original balanced color should then be reserved and used as the final blending or top-up application over the completed work area. This allows the original matching batch to visually dominate and maintain overall color consistency.
