Bicast Finish Topcoat Gloss 76 by Leather Doctor® is a water-based urethane-resin emulsion formulated as a sealer and refinishing topcoat for Bicast, bycast, and PU-coated leather. It offers excellent toughness, flexibility, and protection, ensuring a smooth, durable finish.

How to Rectify Sticky Bicast Finishes:
Bicast leather can become sticky due to body oils, sweat, and environmental exposure.
To prevent tackiness and increase water resistance, mix:
Crosslinker 64 – Add 1: 95 ratio (2.5g per 8oz of Gloss 76)
Application Tips:
Ensure surface is properly cleaned and prepped before application
Apply evenly with Foam Brush 2 or airbrush for a consistent finish
Allow sufficient drying and curing time for optimal durability
Gloss 76 provides a long-lasting, non-tacky protective layer, keeping Bicast leather smooth, glossy, and resilient.
Instruction:
- Apply by padding, brushing, or fine airbrushing for professional results a panel at a time for even coverage, avoiding streaks, drips, and spits.
- Let dry or speed dry between coating with subsequent 2 to 3 coatings.
