Bicast leather can become sticky due to body oils, sweat, and environmental exposure.
- To prevent tackiness and increase water resistance, mix:
- Crosslinker 64 – Add 1: 95 ratio (2.5g per 8oz of Gloss 76)
Application Tips:
- Ensure surface is properly cleaned and prepped before application
- Apply evenly with Foam Brush 2 or airbrush for a consistent finish
- Allow sufficient drying and curing time for optimal durability
- Gloss 76 provides a long-lasting, non-tacky protective layer, keeping Bicast leather smooth, glossy, and resilient.
Instruction:
- Apply by padding, brushing, or fine airbrushing for professional results a panel at a time for even coverage, avoiding streaks, drips, and spits.
- Let dry or speed dry between coating with subsequent 2 to 3 coatings.
Degreaser 2.2 for body oil and grease removal.
Acidifier 2.0 for rinsing and pH balancing to a healthy squeaky feel.
Protector B for non-stick, rub-resistant conditioning.
