Nubuck Dye Fix 99 by Leather Doctor is a water-based dye fixative used as an anti-crocking spray for nubuck to improve wet rub fastness and reduce bleeding.
Dye Fix 99 eliminates crocking with good fixing and maintains its natural feel and nappy finger-writing effect.
Instruction:
- Concentrate is mixed with distilled water before use.
- Spraying air pressure is set to 80-100psi.
- Increase atomization and decrease feed.
- Spray in a circular motion with deep brushing without saturation.
- Repeat a section at a time and brush accordingly.
- Brush again when dry for a ‘finger writing effect’.
- Nonstick, rub-resistant condition with Nubuck Conditioner S.
