Leather Finish Topcoat (Gloss 3V) by Leather Doctor is a water-based fine urethane-resin emulsion clear topcoat leather sealer with a brilliant high gloss.
Instruction:
- Concentrate is mixed with distilled water 1:2 before use.
- Use lint-free padding, varnishing, or airbrushing for a professional result.
- Let dry in between applications.
